Being 18 years of age or older does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws applicable to them.
The Platform is not available to residents of Restricted Jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not represent or warrant that its services are appropriate or legally available in all locations.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email address, device, payment method or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
You must register and use the Account solely in your own name and for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account is prohibited.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and any other details requested. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.
KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request is processed. The Platform is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing that result from a User's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other Pakistani cities are subject to the same KYC requirements. Standard government-issued Pakistani documents (CNIC, passport) are the accepted primary identification references, subject to the Platform's verification procedures.
Deposit methods available to Users are those listed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and associated fees are subject to change without prior notice. Users should check the live cashier before initiating any transaction.
Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be listed as familiar Pakistani payment references. Their listing does not imply that these providers endorse gambling, support this Platform or guarantee the processing of gambling-related transactions. Your payment provider's own terms and applicable Pakistani law govern whether a transaction will be approved.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registered Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources or unverified payment methods may be refused or returned, and may trigger an account review.
The Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where applicable. Currency conversion may be applied where a deposit or withdrawal is processed in a different base currency. Conversion rates and fees, if applicable, are determined by the payment provider and are outside the Platform's control.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Any timeframes referenced elsewhere on the Platform are illustrative only and not guaranteed.
To submit a withdrawal request, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) not be subject to any active account restriction or investigation; and (d) request withdrawal to a payment method in your own name.
Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in the cashier and Help Centre. These timeframes are estimates only. The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the live cashier. The Platform reserves the right to pay large withdrawals in instalments.
Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus terms specify the exact wagering multiple, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry applicable to each promotional offer.
Promotions are subject to individual bonus terms issued at the time of each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new registered users only (welcome bonuses) or to eligible active users (reload and ongoing promotions). Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering multiple, eligible game types, game contribution percentages and expiry period are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified expiry period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
The Platform reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or close an Account where it reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to convert bonus funds, or coordinated activity across accounts to exploit promotional terms.
Any PKR bonus amounts referenced on the Platform — such as "up to PKR 25,000 Welcome Offer" or "up to PKR 10,000 Sports Starter" — are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus amounts and terms are determined by the live promotion running at the time of your registration or opt-in. Always verify current promotional terms before claiming.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or server error during gameplay, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with technical failure procedures. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across game types and sports markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or market. The Platform reserves the right to impose or adjust individual Account betting limits at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform may immediately suspend the Account, void all associated bets and bonus claims, withhold or cancel pending withdrawals, and pursue any available legal remedies.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the Account is subject to a regulatory or compliance inquiry; (c) the Account holder has self-excluded; or (d) there is evidence of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Any verified real-money balance will be refunded to a payment method in your name subject to completed KYC and applicable processing procedures. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

The Platform's aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000 (whichever is lower), except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The Platform does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any specific game or market outcome is guaranteed; (c) third-party payment providers will process transactions within any specific timeframe; or (d) the Platform will be available in all geographic locations.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 777gem brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics and software — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Operator.
Game content is supplied by third-party game studios under licence. All trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced in relation to third-party game content remain the property of their respective owners.
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised review date. Where a change is material, reasonable notice will be provided through a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation may affect the enforceability of these Terms in Pakistan.
